The Analytics Center of Excellence Our Analytics Center of Excellence (ACOE) harnesses our global healthcare insights, working closely with our clinical and therapeutic experts to power evidence-driven design, speed site activation and recruit the right patients, faster. Involved in every stage of the product lifecycle, you will work with project managers and teams, data scientists, and end users to design, test, and measure early designs, prototypes, and current applications to invent and continuously improve responsive UIs within a culture embracing nascent technology with a deep focus on the user need and journey. As an IQVIA UXer, you will define and help implement the next generation application interfaces in the emerging and exciting field of clinical technology.
Some of the things you'll be doing include... - Plan and implement the research, design, prototyping and evaluation of User Experiences; Driven by user data, business requirements and product strategies.
- Define and Lead UX Research Projects, working to promote and ensure best practices and modern approaches are applied to challenging UX/UI problems.
- Play a key role in identifying critical insights and develop compelling communications around UX/UI problems.
- Build positive relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, illuminating user experiences in order to identify product opportunities.
- Work with the entire team in a collaborative environment where all suggestions are encouraged, and all ideas thoughtfully considered.
Let's talk about you... - Professional experience conducting and leading UX research and design. Demonstrated ability using a breadth of techniques across the product development lifecycle, resulting in actionable insights
- Educated. Degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related degree in Computer Science with an HCI specialty, Human Factors, Psychology, or equivalent experience
- You make an impact on Design. Command of UI Design principles and implementing them into wireframes and prototypes
- You're Customer-Focused. You leverage the opinions of how users will use the product, and what problem they might run into. Subsequently resulting in design changes based on this user-centered focus
- You're Convincing. Strong skill in generating and communicating compelling designs with cross-functional audiences
- You're Data-Focused. Applied understanding of decision intelligence in the context of data science products with an understanding of statistics and data visualization capabilities
- You're Driven. You set challenging goals for yourself and push yourself to meet them; you have a passion for delivering high-quality quickly; and you enjoy working at a fast pace.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $129,000.00 - $215,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
