Our team is growing and we are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic and hard working individual to join our team as a Treatment Coordinator/Financial Coordinator. If you are personable, professional, possess a positive attitude and a passion for exceptional customer service, then we want to hear from you. Patients are our priority and it will be your job to make sure they feel welcomed and cared for at all times. This position is very important as you are the initial impression of the practice, so you must be able to communicate effectively and help build value for the Orthodontists and the practice by building and encouraging relationships with our patients, industry professionals and community. We see patients Monday - Thursday and have two locations in Marin. Job Responsibilities:

• Front office: answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing payments
• Assist in initial patient exam: records, photos, x-rays & scans
• Insurance verification and contract adjustments
• Present treatment options and process along with financial agreements
• Prepare letters and correspondences with patients and referring doctors
• Monitor new and pending patients
• Maintain accurate digital records
• Build relationships with patients, referring doctors and their teams

Requirements or Qualifications:

• Reliable, punctual, driven, organized, detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with technology and comfortable with computers and social media
• Understand general dental operations and patient flow
• Desire for professional growth and team unity

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of dental or healthcare experience
• Dental x-ray certification and experience preferred
• Ortho2 software experience ideal but not necessary
• College degree or secondary training is preferred but not required
• Sales experience

Pay:
Wage is based on experience in the dental or orthodontic industry, relevant certifications and educational accomplishments.

Hours:

Hours vary Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
