* Inputs student information into excel formatted vendor invoices.
* Prepares deposit slips for money received at the University for 3rd Party Billing.
* Delivers deposit documentation to the Cashier's Office.
* Processes incoming Financial Guarantee Letters for international students.
* Keeps track of registration and drop dates by semester for the department.
* Keeps up with supplies needed for the department.
* Files, scans, and copies documents for 3rd Party Billing Department.
* Picks up departmental incoming and outgoing mail from the campus Post Office.
* Position is part time, 19 hours a week, year round.
Minimum Qualifications
* Knowledgeable and comfortable working with Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
* Detail oriented.
* Highly organized.
* Be able to multi-task.
* Feel competent and comfortable working with numbers.
Preferred qualifications:
* 10-Key
* Degree of study falling within the business field.
Physical Requirements
* Able to lift 50 pounds
