Sterile Processing Technician - Supervisor

This position provides supervision in the form of leadership and mentorship to include work allocation, scheduling and problem resolution for staff in the department. The Sterile Processing supervisor will provide daily operational oversight while working alongside colleagues to reach optimal outcomes. This position provides and integrates clinical leadership, consistent with the philosophy and goals of the institution. The supervisor of Sterile Processing will collaborate with leadership to enhance quality outcomes, focus on recruitment and retention, staff education and support and financial stewardship. The supervisor plays a crucial role to ensure unit compliance for all Joint Commission standards related to Sterile Processing.
