Hiring Manager: Kristen Riggins Requisition #: 73055 The Role at a Glance This position will provide leadership and direction on complex projects/initiatives through execution of consulting services, including project management, business analysis and relationship management, which includes but is not limited to accountability for implementation of project deliverables with a focus on business planning, requirements, communications and change management within Corporate Finance/Accounting. General Purpose of Job This position will provide subject matter expertise and direction on complex projects/initiatives for their assigned area(s) of responsibility including establishing and leading complex enterprise wide, cross-functional initiatives and leading different projects/programs including efforts to launch new products and services, large scale application development, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrades and deployments. What you'll be doing - Directing and enhancing organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility. - Identifying and directing the implementation of process improvements that significantly improve quality across the team, department and/or business unit for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility. - Determining operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. - Eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating the business needs of stakeholders. - Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing complete requirements and solutions. - Analyzing and verifying requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards. - Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. - Providing direction & organization on complex assignments To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
