What We Value Client Commitment Integrity A Will to Win Teamwork Personal Accountability Passion Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to lead our presence across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and emerging platforms). A typical day will include crafting posts & stories, planning & scheduling content, community management, and growing our followership. The ultimate objective is to increase Shunnarah Law’s brand awareness, engagement, and client acquisition across various social media channels. We're looking for someone creative and content-obsessed with a mindset that's consistent with the Shunarrah Law brand. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work with multiple stakeholders, and can ensure all projects are executed within deadlines. As the Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for staying on top of industry trends and making data-informed decisions to deliver against clear KPIs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and startup culture and is excited to set and meet aggressive goals. This is an onsite job in Birmingham, AL. If you are Atlanta, GA based, we will pay for relocation if necessary. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to drive organic growth across all social media channels. Lead end-to-end management of paid social campaigns, including budget allocation and performance optimization. Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely postings on relevant platforms. Create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, to maximize engagement and conversions. Analyze social media metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. Generate innovative content ideas that resonate with our target audience and align with real-time trends. Requirements: 3-5 years experience as a high-level operator within the top Social Media platforms, with a strong understanding of best practices and trends within those platforms Proven track record of independently managing and optimizing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Expertise in paid social algorithms and data analysis to drive meaningful results. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data effectively. Creative thinking ability and a knack for generating innovative ideas. Experience with creative design tools is a plus.
