Work for a supplier of specialty fasteners, castings and components in Central New Jersey.

Sales Engineer:

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team and identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and bids
- Manage customer forecasts to assure inventory levels are adequate
- Onboard new customers
- Provide technical expertise and support to sales team and customers
- Understand customer needs, present product solutions, and drive sales growth
- Monday-Friday in-office, 8:30am-5pm

Job Requirements

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Understanding of CAD Data, SolidWorks and Blueprints necessary
- Strong sales acumen and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts
- Project management skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated, passionate about technology/sales
- Adapt to constantly changing customer requirements
- Desire to be a part of a growing organization

Experience & Education:
- 2-5 years related-industry experience
- Technical degree preferred
