Job Description
Job Duties:
1. Set up folder for each customer and update contract in file
2. Assist to follow up FOB orders, contact with China team and customers to fulfill the order smoothly.
3. Maintains customer databases by inputting customer profiles and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.
4. Prepares sales presentations by compiling data, and developing presentation formats and materials.
5. Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses, and forwarding for reimbursement
6. Others job assigned by Director of Sales
Job Requirements:
1. 2 years working experience as office assistant.
2. Candidates with managed sales accounts or sales experience are preferred.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
