What your future day will look like:

• Lead production operations for facility in Union, S.C.
• Participate in process improvement projects and Kaizen events
• Mentor and train of new production associates
• Promote/encourage high performance & positive culture
• Work with multiple internal departments ensuring company production goals are met
• Support safety standards ensuring that a strong safety culture is fostered throughout the facility

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Bachelors degree in a related field is highly preferred
• 3+ years of manufacturing/production leadership experience
• Bilingual skillset (English/Spanish) is required
• Prior experience in the Textiles Industry will be a huge plus!
• Strong understanding of production operations and process improvement
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
