Job Description

We are pleased to announce the relocation of our corporate headquarters to Greenway Plaza's Phoenix Tower in Houston's Upper Kirby neighborhood.

This position oversees all aspects of the company, including both the Perry Homes account and the business lines outside of Perry Homes.A true business leadership role, the position requires the ability to lead and manage examination, sales, and escrow teams.This role requires an ownership mindset, entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a commitment to ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the operations achieve the financial objectives of the organization.
  • Develop business plans and budgets for the company and lead their execution.
  • Ensure the culture of the organization is consistent with the company's objectives.
  • Oversee and collaborate with title company leaders to enhance efficiency, maintain customer service levels, and manage development of metrics.
  • Create and execute business development plans for non-Perry Homes business.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships based on relationships that Perry Homes leaders have with various real estate development companies.
  • Continuously evaluate staffing levels and structures to support business expansion in all areas.
  • Strategize and develop appropriate staffing structures that adequately prepare the business for continued growth.
  • Manage the business to ensure that operations run in a compliant manner at all times.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field required.
  • Current, valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
  • Prior leadership experience in a successful title company required.
  • Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Experience with creating and implementing effective business development strategies.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving growth and innovation.
