About the Role
We’re looking for motivated professionals to join our remote team as Physician Recruiters . This commission-only position offers exceptional earning potential and the opportunity to work with a high-performing team in the healthcare staffing industry.
What You'll Do:
Recruitment: Source, screen, and present top-tier Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers across all specialties to our client partners.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates using our proprietary CRM system.
Client Interaction: Work closely with existing clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure a seamless candidate placement process.
Earn Big Commissions: With a commission-only structure, your earning potential is among the highest in the industry.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting or related fields.
Strong understanding of physician and advanced practice provider recruitment.
Exceptional communication skills and a strong phone presence.
Proficiency with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
Highly organized with a goal-oriented mindset.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
