We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Maintenance & Facilities Manager to join our fast-paced finance industry team. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, with a focus on maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving our various systems and equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our facility's maintenance, including electrical and mechanical systems, conveyors, and machines. This is a unique opportunity to apply your technical skills in a vibrant and challenging environment, where you will be instrumental in ensuring our facilities are operating at their peak efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all machinery, electrical equipment, and building systems within the facility.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to optimize equipment performance and longevity.
  • Design and execute facility layouts and system capabilities using AutoCAD, ensuring optimal efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues with conveyors, machines, and other mechanical systems.
  • Manage and coordinate with contractors for facility refurbishment and renovations.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and manage budgets related to facility maintenance and improvements.
  • Collaborate with management to strategize on facility improvements and expansions.
  • Train and supervise maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably within the finance industry.
  • Proven experience with conveyors, machines, and electrical systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other computer-aided design software.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as applicable safety codes and regulations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to problem-solve.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.
  • Strong commitment to ensuring a safe and healthy workplace.
