Italian Speaking Airline Support Agent
Location: Malta
Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Sunday (shift-based)
Role Overview:
Join our team as an Italian Speaking Airline Support Agent! You will assist customers over the phone, social media, chatbox, and emails with all queries related to airline services. We provide full training and ample opportunities for career growth in a dynamic, international environment.
What Were Looking For:
Fluency in Italian (C1-C2) and English (C2)
Excellent communication, writing, and listening skills
Positive attitude with the ability to work independently
Basic computer literacy (ECDL certificate preferred)
Prior customer care experience is essential
Salary:
1st Month (Training): 5.50/hour | Approx. 924/month
2nd Month: 7.48/hour | Approx. 1,258/month
7th Month: 7.74/hour | Approx. 1,301/month
After 12 Months: 8.21/hour | Approx. 1,380.48/month
Language Allowance: Additional 50/month
Performance Bonus: Up to 2,500/year based on KPIs (eligibility after 6 months)
