Job Description:
As a Italian Speaking Contact Centre Agent at our local airline in Mosta, Malta, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist customers with their inquiries, provide information about flight schedules, assist with bookings, and handle any issues or concerns that may arise. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer has a positive experience with our airline.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Providing information about flight schedules, fares, and services
- Assisting customers with booking flights and making changes to existing reservations
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (both Italian& english)
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
