Job Responsibilities Execute transactions: support due diligence, document preparation, negotiation etc and liaising with relevant counterpart at the client/other advisers (accounting, legal, etc) Working with J.P. Morgan product and sector teams Building and using complex financial models, completing valuation and analytical exercises Drafting presentation materials, management presentations, board materials, memorandums, and other presentation materials for use in M&A and capital markets transactions or strategic client dialogue Keeping abreast of key market developments and establishing knowledge of the target client base and relevant market dynamics Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Minimum 1 year work experience in investment banking and/or front-office related role Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills Understanding of the transaction cycle and the steps in the process and is execution oriented Impeccable communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set and location.
