What You'll Do:
Develop and nurture leads, continually networking to build your client base.
Exhibit a competitive sales drive, consistently striving to meet and exceed monthly goals.
Communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with clients and colleagues.
Deliver outstanding customer service while building and maintaining long-term relationships.
Be self-motivated, dedicated, and fully committed to growing a profitable business.
What We're Looking For:
Previous sales experience is highly preferred.
Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines Insurance licenses.
Strong computer skills and excellent organizational abilities.
A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
