Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dog Nanny to join a family in Bedford, New York. You will be responsible for providing attentive care to four dogs- three beagles and one basset mix with ages ranging from 7 to 14 years old.

Responsibilities:

• Caring for the family's four dogs.
• Ensuring all dogs are fed according to their dietary needs.
• Administering medications as prescribed.
• Conducting regular walks and exercise routines.
• Safely transporting dogs to veterinary appointments and other necessary outings.
• Traveling with the family as needed.
• Staying with the dogs at their home when the family is traveling.
• Attending to the needs of each dog.
• Maintaining a calm and controlled environment, especially during activities that may trigger barking,

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in dog training, veterinary care, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Mature mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Capable of handling multiple dogs simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license.
• Comfortable with occasional travel.

Schedule: Part-time (3 days a week - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
