How You’ll Make an Impact
As the Director of Data Activation, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and monetizing integrations between Epsilon People Cloud (EPC) and 3rd party marketing and advertising platforms. This is a newly created position within the organization reporting to the SVP of Product that will focus on product strategy and product development in conjunction with Epsilon’s strategic partners. The leader selected for this role will need to understand the dynamics of the digital advertising industry and the intricacies of each partner’s platform. This knowledge will be instrumental in both developing products that connect EPC with partners as well as guiding internal, agency, and brand teams on the effective use of these platforms to achieve their data-driven marketing goals.
What You’ll Achieve
Responsible for developing a vision and setting the strategic direction for Epsilon People Cloud integrations with strategic partners in the paid media space, with an emphasis on Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and Social Platforms.
Create and execute a strategy enabling brands to incorporate owned channels, in addition to paid channels, via a common audience strategy.
Develop guidelines on the effective use of partner platforms to the benefit of mutual clients and Epsilon.
Ensure all product development priorities have a clear benefit, aligning with client needs, business growth, and overall technology strategy.
Own and drive the whole product lifecycle from design, launch, and developing cross-functional partnerships.
Define product requirements and roadmaps including feasibility, effort, financial impact (revenue/cost savings), and strategic value.
Ensure the Marketing team is aligned with Product strategy on market positioning, product ideation/realization, hiring/training programs, and product management work products.
Critical partner to other Product & Marketing stakeholders across the business.
Research and offer recommendations to keep the Product organization on a path of continuous improvement.

Ability to comfortably span business management, client and commercial team engagement, functional product design and development, and the technical details underpinning it all.
Deep industry knowledge of the role of data to drive Marketing and Advertising strategies.
Strong collaboration skills and commitment to interdisciplinary thinking.
Successfully managing and delivering a wide variety of product solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
Solid planning, priority setting, and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly motivated, collaborative, and innovative.
Why you might stand out from other talent:
BA/BS degree. Advanced degree and/or MBA desirable.
A minimum of 8 years in a Product role focused on Data-Driven Advertising.
Proven experience influencing a business or marketing strategy.
Pay Range: $122,250 - $203,750
