SUMMARY

As a Business Process Analyst, you will assist in evaluating, improving, and documenting our organization's business processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication abilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Identify and research scalable solutions, utilizing innovate technologies, to optimize business processes for multiple departments.

· Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

· Document and maintain detailed process documentation, including process maps, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures.

· Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of proposed improvements.

· Drive a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback and implementing enhancements.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not require management experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

To excel in this role, the successful candidate should proficiently execute each essential duty. This involves showcasing robust analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with proficiency in utilizing process mapping tools and data analysis software. The ability to effectively organize tasks and manage them is crucial. A proven track record in relationship management, coupled with a history of delivering exceptional internal and external customer service, is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, along with a combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities, is a prerequisite. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

· College Degree in Business Administration, Informatics, or related field preferred

· Experience as a Business Process Analyst or in a similar role preferred

· Property and Casualty Insurance industry experience preferred

· SAP Signavio experience preferred

· Familiarity BPMN process mapping/modeling

· Experience in change management

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must possess the ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, correspondence, and memos as well as write simple correspondence. Must also be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Must be proficient with the following: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY

Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Must also be able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred

CPBA Certification preferred
