Our Client, Nolan Consulting Group, a 20+ year, highly successful and growing Business Coaching Firm, is seeking one full-time Business Coach with previous sales and operations management experience, to work out of their corporate offices in Ardmore, PA. The Business Coach role at NCG works directly with clients to assist them in identifying, measuring and achieving their business goals. This role is an accountability partner and sometimes financial trainer. Nolan has a growing list of clients who want their coaching/consulting services. You just have to be mission-driven, with a strong desire to help your clients succeed, by using numbers and well-oiled proprietary process tools. To ensure consistency of the Coaching Process, Business Coaches use NCG best-practice, repeatable processes and tools, combined with their inherent strengths: Strong relationship Skills Client-Focused Exceptional written/verbal communication skills Financial skills- P&L Expert Process-thinking skills Emotional intelligence Technology Proficient Continuous Learner Experience Required: Successful business coaches generally come from any industry, but generally succeed when they have had the following types of education and experience: Bachelor's or master's degree in business or related fields preferable 10 - 20 years leadership/management experience - in roles where you've led 50 people or more Strong Operations/Sales Success in roles such as: COO, VP/Dir.
