We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role will involve analyzing business processes and systems, developing new products and programs, and preparing test scenarios. You will be working in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, tracking key performance indicators, and creating and modifying reports based on financial and operational data.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and required controls

• Participate in the development of new products and programs, leading process design and redesign activities

• Track key performance indicators and document procedures to monitor and improve performance

• Participate in planning initiatives, feasibility studies, and cost/benefit analyses

• Prepare test scenarios, cases, and schedules to ensure the effectiveness of new systems

• Document and manage functional requirements to align with business objectives

• Create, extract, and modify ad-hoc and standardized reports based on financial and operational data

• Develop a thorough understanding of data sources, data relationships, and company activities

• Identify Change Management impacts and implement appropriate solutions

• Utilize skills such as Planning, Procedures, KPI Reporting, Change Management, and Process design to perform duties effectively.

• Proficiency in planning and implementing business procedures
• Familiarity with 'About Time' time management software
• Experience in workstation support and managing benefit functions
• Ability to perform ad hoc financial tasks and KPI reporting
• Knowledge of change management and business process functions
• Ability to identify and rectify inefficiencies within business processes
• Experience in creating and executing test scenarios
• Ability to conduct feasibility studies
• Proficiency in SAP Fieldglass software
• Ability to create standardized reports and manage EO/IR systems
• Experience in QA management
• Knowledge of process design and operational data management
• Understanding of design controls in a business context.
