Job Description
We are a growing small business providing a wide range of consulting services to the U.S. Federal Government, U.S. Military, and commercial clients. Our expertise includes Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Administrative Services. We are excited to invite applications for an experienced Army Civilian Talent Management Project Manager to lead business development activities focused on IT Services and Cybersecurity for clients in Civil and DoD markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee programs aimed at enhancing the readiness of the civilian workforce while developing, implementing, and institutionalizing Army Civilian talent management across its four core functions: acquisition, development, employment, and retention.
Provide guidance and oversight for all personnel assigned to the task order, ensuring high performance, compliance, and quality control.
Offer analytic, advisory, management, and administrative support to all necessary activities.
Conduct bi-weekly program reviews with clients to ensure alignment and progress.
Travel to Washington, DC, and Chicago, IL, as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
A master's degree with at least five years of experience supporting the Department of Defense, or a bachelor's degree with ten years of relevant experience.
Extensive knowledge of Army Staff operations, including the talent management lifecycle (acquire, develop, employ, and retain).
Strong understanding of Army talent management initiatives, strategic planning, workforce development, employee engagement, leadership development, career programs, marketing, graphic design, data science, analysis, and reporting.
Must possess a Secret Clearance.
