Job Description
This job entails a vacation rental home clean between guests stays - all the cleaning supplies are there - there are 2 homes on the same road a couple blocks from each other - sometimes its clean 1 sometimes both - quite a few check out on Sundays after a weekend stay and it may require clean same day or maybe not depending on next check in - look at calendar to see frequency we have extra sheets for a quick turn cleaning and guests are instructed to start laundry at departure so its started
Its normal full clean the house - vacuum, dust, make the beds new sheets, re fold towels and stock paper products and take out trash clean frig - mop if necessary, clean kitchen and bathrooms we usually have check out at 10am and check in at 3 pm I never book two home cleans within that time frame One house pays $125 3hr clean and the other is $100 2 hr clean is typical
MUST be reliable and responsible and buy into the hospitality of having the home ready for someone vacation to clean and proper
