***Workline Solutions*** is currently looking to hirefor an _ Accounting Assistant _position wehave located in the city of Anaheim. This company is very well established and looking for the personnel who is a hard worker with mathematical knowledge.

This is a temp- to hire position.

Job Duties Include:

• Review credit/cash applications for accuracy and completion.
• Collections
• Set up customer accounts.
• Update records of customers.
• Billing
• Communicate with the sales team to ensure timely account setup.
• Follow up to locate missing information and incomplete paperwork.
• Assist other departments when necessary.
• File as needed.
• Interact with other departments in a professional and friendly manner.
