This role will be located out of our Wellfleet, Harwich Port or Provincetown offices working 4-5 days in office.

We are looking for an awesome Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This role will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and providing general information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Handle customer concerns and escalate them as needed.
  • Maintain a positive attitude when dealing with customers and teammates.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions per agency best practices.
  • Seek opportunities for account rounding and the cross-selling of commercial-lines products.
  • Maintain good working relationships with centers of influence and insurance carriers.
Requirements:

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 2 years of client servicing experience within personal insurance
  • 2 years of insurance agency experience
  • An Active MA Property & Casualty License
  • College degree is preferred
  • Insurance Designations are preferred
  • Great communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to work well in a team but also independently
  • Positive attitude and excitement for helping others
  • Conscientious worker with a strong attention to detail
  • Problem solver with the ability to critically think and escalate situations as needed
  • General working knowledge of Microsoft Suite & Ring Central phone system
  • Ability to travel to one of the physical MA office spaces during training and as needed
